La AEE tiene uso preferencial del muelle y luego Panamerican Grain.

Utilizado para carga en contenedores.
Luis Ayala Colon & Sucrs. tiene uso preferencial del muelle. 

Muelle D
Carga suelta como madera y papel para imprentas.
Island Stevedoring tiene uso preferencial del muelle. 

Muelle E & F
Carga en contenedores.
Horizon Lines ya no existe.

El Área de Gerencia Marítima implanta la Ley de Muelles y Puertos vigente en Puerto Rico, desarrolla y mantiene las instalaciones marítimas. Opera el Puerto de San Juan, el de mayor actividad turística y de carga en el Caribe y otros ocho (8) puertos a través de la Isla. Los mismos son: Guayanilla, Guánica, Guayama (Las Mareas), Arecibo, Yabucoa, Fajardo, Vieques y Culebra.

On the early nautical charts, Culebra was named Isla Pasaje.
