El Weather Bureau (2021--->)
El Weather Bureau is a temporary choreographic circuit. It began in 2017 as a research practice on the coasts of Puerta de Tierra, San Juan. In 2021, EWB received a fellowship from the Puerto Rican Arts Initiative and reinitiated new collaborations. There have been five iterations of EWB: choreography, improvisation, happenings, installation, and evening-length show . Collaborators & performers: Awilda Rodriguez Lora, Jesus "Pito" Miranda, Coqueta Daniel, Marisa Gomez, GABI Ruiz, Maria "Mussa" Marín, Angel Blanco, Jaffette Rolón, Pilar Álamo.
Sound artist: Lorraine Finkel, Lighting Designer: Migdalia Barens, and Visual Artist: Ada del Pilar Ortíz.
Venues: Hidrante and Teatro Julia de Burgos.
